Slack Sabbath

damo: Feb.01, 2010: news/gigs

Hello! We’ve been tinkering away in our evil Maida Vale mountaintop lair, and finally we can emerge, blinking, covered in filth and smelling slightly wrong to present our invention: SLACK SABBATH! As from this Sunday, we’ll be playing chilled out tunes every week in a bar called The Elgin, by Maida Vale station, and you are invited to come and be hungover there. Cups of tea are on me. If anyone has any old scrabble sets they can lend us, we’ll buy you a Bloody Mary.

keith-haus @ Rafkins tonight CANCELLED

lethal_pizzle: Sep.12, 2009: news/gigs

Hello legions of fans, sorry but unfortunately our gig at Rafkins has been cancelled. The promoter has been given the boot apparently so instead of us they’ve got Pete Martine of Sleazesisters fame: ‘one of the hardest working DJs in showbusiness. Pete has been responsible remixing some of the biggest names in pop music including Steps, Christina Aguilera, Geri Halliwell, Atomic Kitten and Samantha Mumba’.

Free entry, and a free tequila!

live mix! leftdown_2009

lethal_pizzle: Sep.01, 2009: keith_haus podcast

Leftdown Flyer
Well, we braved frisbees, 75, darkness and powercuts, but more than 3 hours of Leftdown 2009 have been saved in the keith.haus/fear.engine/ memory banks. So without further ado, we present those 3 hours to youuuuuuuu. (And please excuse the mixing at the end, the cider was strong and we’d forgotten what we were doing and who we were).

Oh – and it was one of the greatest days ever so thank youuuuuuuu!

Not sure whether this is going to go ahead, and definitely not sure that we should publicise it at all, but…

mixtape – Monday 10/08/09

damo: Aug.03, 2009: news/gigs

Mixtape

Nihao! The next Mixtape night at Proud Gallery takes place on August the 10th, from 7.30pm until late. This night’s going to very summery and chilled, with a few acoustic acts, and more soulful, downbeaty stuff from us. This is a good thing though – it is a schoolnight, so downbeat is less likely to give you a horrible hangover in the morning. There you go, no excuses.
